Accepted Insurance
If your insurance company is not listed, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company to inquire whether you have out of network benefits for mental health services. If you have out of network benefits a superbill (receipt of service) will be provided which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
